CAWRA is a nonprofit, nonpolitical organization. It has been established since 1993.

The CAWRA is aiming to serve the water-resources community by providing information, promoting information/ technology exchanges and collaborations, and, therefore, advancing technology and engineering as well as management concerning water resources in the geographic regions of China and the profession of CAWRA members.

CAWRA membership is open to all persons, organizations or affiliations who are presently engaged or have interest in water resources development in the geographic regions of China.

A person, organization, or affiliation who is interested in the objectives of the association can become a member by paying the annual membership dues of the association as specified to the Secretary.

Membership Benefits:

Members are equally entitled all privileges of the Association. All members with good standing receive newsletter, announcement of the Association's various activities, inquiry from both sides of Taiwan Strait, and request supports or assistance from the Association. Members can also advertise their (Uniform Resource Locators)URLs and expertise on the Association's web page, get discount  rates for attending Association's activities including the Cross-Strait Water Resources Conferences. Members can vote for by-law changes, and elect officers to serve.


Contribution and Donation:

CAWRA is a registered nonprofit organization. Your financial donations to CAWRA are deductible from federal tax under the provisions of Section 2055, 2106, and 2522 of the IRS code.  Please contact Dr. Guo for procedures to send your donations to CAWRA.

$10 for Student Member

$30 for Member

$750 for Organizational Member

Special Arrangement for Affiliate Member.

(Membership fee is due at the beginning of each year.
